1. Purpose
Sabahattin Kalkan VPS Backup creates and maintains encrypted backups of configured systems and project data. It is operated for private infrastructure administration and is not offered as a general public storage service.
2. Authorized use
Only the account owner and people expressly authorized by the operator may connect an account or access the backup workflow. You may use the system only for data and infrastructure you own or are authorized to administer.
3. Prohibited use
You must not use the system to access another person’s data without permission, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, interfere with the VPS or Google Drive, or attempt to use the backup repository as an unauthorized file-sharing service.
4. Backups and restoration
Backups are encrypted before transfer and maintained under the configured retention policy. A backup is a recovery aid, not a promise that every historical version will remain available forever. The operator may change retention, pause a job, or restore to a separate location when needed for safety and testing.
5. Accounts and third-party services
The Google Drive account and related OAuth authorization must remain under the control of the authorized owner. Google Drive is a third-party storage service and its own terms, availability, limits, and security controls apply. If authorization expires or is revoked, backups may pause until access is renewed.
6. Availability and changes
The operator may perform maintenance, security work, or service changes without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. These terms may be updated when the backup workflow or its data handling changes. The date at the top records the latest revision.
